Terms of service
Last updated July 1, 2026.
Written to be read, not skimmed past. This is the deal between Turfkeep and the companies that use it.
What Turfkeep is
- Turfkeep builds and runs a branded membership app for your business: memberships, rewards, offers, bookings, and the AI agents that operate them. It is business software. It is not professional advice, and nothing in it tells you how to do the work you do for your customers.
Pricing
- There is no setup fee and no monthly software fee. Turfkeep charges a flat 10% of the membership revenue collected through the app, taken automatically as an application fee on each payment. If your members pay nothing, you pay nothing.
Payments and your money
- Payments run on your own Stripe account through Stripe Connect. Your customers pay you directly. Turfkeep never holds your funds, and refunds are between you and your customer in your own Stripe account.
Your responsibilities
- You confirm the prices, plans, and offers in your app before promoting them, and you honor what members bought.
- You use the app for your company's real services, keep your account credentials safe, and stay within the laws that apply to your business.
- AI-drafted content (plans, offers, messages) is a draft for your approval. Review it like you would review an employee's work.
Leaving
- You can stop using Turfkeep at any time, with no contract and no exit fee. Because subscriptions live on your own Stripe account, your recurring revenue does not depend on us after you leave.
The honest legal part
- Turfkeep is provided as-is while in early access. We work hard to keep it fast, correct, and available, and we do not accept liability for indirect losses like lost profits. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months before a claim.
- We may update these terms as the product grows. Material changes will be announced to company accounts before they apply.
